Khalid Mohammed Al-Sabek is an Associate at the Firm. He assists our clients, who are local and international investors, in establishing their companies, issuing all their necessary licenses and permits, and carrying out all procedures required by law or by the governmental agencies on behalf of our clients.
Khaled has gained much experience in dealing with specialized Saudi agencies such as the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Central Bank, and others. In addition, Alsabek participated with our work team in representing our clients in several commercial, general, administrative, enforcement and labor cases. He has also participated in providing legal advices to our clients regarding their commercial agreements and carried out the relevant negotiations and procedures. Before joining our team, Khalid Worked for another local law firm as a trainee, and represented the clients in several commercial, general, and administrative cases. Khalid has a bachelor’s degree from Law and Sharia College at University of Sharjah, in UAE.
