Mohammed A. Almarzouk

Mohammed Bin Abdullah Almarzouk is the founder and the managing partner of the firm, and head of our Litigation Department. He has practiced litigation for more than 9 years before General Courts,  Commercial and Administrative Courts, The first instance and  appeal Committees of Securities Disputes, Banking Disputes Committee, Insurance Disputes Committee, Offices of Commercial Papers Disputes, High Committee of Labor Disputes, and Committee of Press violations.

Almarzouk is also a former Senior Legal Advisor at Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm in cooperation with Clifford Chance LLP., where he advised and represented many Saudi and multinational companies, such as NESTLE SA, Nokia Siemens, Abdul Latif Jameel LTD, SAMBA Financial Group, and BNP Paribas Bank, as well as many governmental entities (e.g. Human Resources Development Fund, Ministry of Health, and others).

Before that, Almarzouk has worked as an In-house Counsel at Alrajhi Group, where he represented Alrajhi bank, Alrajhi Capital, and Alrajhi Investment in all the lawsuits held against them, and some of which has been valued at more than a Billion Riyal.

In addition, Almarzouk has a notary license from the Ministry of Justice. He is also an authorized arbitrator, and carried out many of arbitral cases, with values exceeded a Billion Riyal.

Almarzouk has also provided many advices related to arbitration, and he engaged in drafting the Executive Regulations of The Saudi Arbitration Law.
