Mohammed Khalid Almalahy is a Junior Associate at the Firm. Mohammed is assisting the Firm’s local and international clients in processing all sorts of governmental licenses and permits and carrying out all regulatory procedures. In addition to that, he represents some of the Firm’s clients in general and commercial disputes, and he also handle clients with regard to establishment of business in Saudi Arabia.
Mohammed previously worked for international law firm with as a trainee lawyer and handled corporate regulatory and litigation matters i.e., Labor Disputes, Commercial Disputes and Transactional Procedures.
Mohammed earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Dar Al Uloom University and obtained a certificate in English course from the United Kingdom.
